A Message From Executive Director Bill Searcey

As a Christian ministry dedicated to helping people in need, we have several main areas of assistance. We operate a food bank, participate in delivering food to shut ins, build handicapped ramps, provide assistance for utility bills, and work with school children in tutoring and mentoring situations. All of these are ministry touches are done in the name of Jesus Christ.

All of these programs have a cost associated with them. We receive donations from many different sources but 60-65% of our income is derived from the sales of the Thrift Shop.

Unfortunately a large number of people are unaware of our retail shop, but it truly is a shopping gem. The quality of the merchandise is unmatched and presently we have a large selection of brand new ladies and children’s clothing. If you compare prices you will find that the Focus Thrift Shop prices will beat any other thrift store in the area.

The attached pictures are representative of the merchandise we have for sell right now. As recipients of this newsletter we ask that you spread the word about the Thrift Shop. Tell your friends, spread it on face book, and use the spoken word. Word of mouth is a powerful tool, so as FOCUS supporters spread the word about the shop. Thanks and good shopping.
